I don’t know about you…but meal planning was the last thing on my mind yesterday. We slept in, swam all afternoon and then watched a movie last night. It was such a nice way to spend our day off! I hope you enjoyed your Memorial Day too.

We make these Spinach Burgers all.the.time. Kensington is our burger obsessed kid and she calls these “meatball burgers”. Spinach and dry onion soup mix give these a yummy meatball flavor right off the grill.
