It’s Monday.
Don’t know what to make this week? I have you covered! It’s darker outside now when you make dinner, so all of these recipes are a little bit cozy and go great with Christmas music…just in case you’re one of those weirdos who enjoys Christmas music in November. #likeme 🙂

One of my very favorite homes to visit is Andrea’s. It’s always cozy and warm and the food is always delish. I love making Andrea’s Baked Potato Soup this time of year.
Okay, if you’re looking for a super quick weeknight meal for your fam, this is it. My Mexi Beef over Rice just takes minutes and is always a hit!
My Maple Bourbon Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches are prepared in the slow cooker, so at the end of the day, you just whip up a quick sauce and serve over your favorite rolls. Easy!
My Ritzy Chicken Casserole is so darn good. I don’t know what it is about those buttery little Ritz crackers…but they make the perfect crunchy topping.
And finish off your week with my Beer Cheese Chili. I am such a chili person. It just never disappoints.
And when I think of November, I think of Pecan Pie. For my family, you just can’t have a November without one! So these…
…Pecan Pie Bars are a must!
And speaking of musts…
…my Sausage & Cheese Muffins make the tastiest little breakfast.
Happy Monday friends! I hope you have the BEST day!

Everything you share always looks incredible! Very inspiring to watch you tackle so much in any given day as a mom of four and running your household with such love and care while also blogging about it! Thank you. XOXO

Your beer chili is the BEST! I made it several times at home and my husband even made it 2 weekends ago for cub scout camp (he did omit the beer and jalepeno, lol) and he said everyone at camp (kids and grown ups!) were asking him for the recipe! Lol! We sent them to your blog!

I have an early tailgate on Saturday morning so the sausage and cheese muffins would be perfect! Going home on my lunch break today to put in the crockpot shredded ranch chicken…can’t wait for dinner tonight! And can I just say…I was literally texting a friend this morning at 6:45am talking about Mix and Match Mama recipes. You make dinner so easy!!

Any election night meal ideas for Tuesday? Something all American and kid friendly that will also keep me energized while I stay up and watch the results roll in?? 🙂

We’re having my Spinach & Pesto Baked tacos. I don’t think it’s all-American, but it’s delish! ;).

Hi Shay!
I just love all of your recipes and make one at least once a week! I’m a grad student and cooking for one and have found so many of your recipes to be perfect the night of and as left overs. Wondering if you have a white chicken chili recipe? I’ve looked through past posts and haven’t seen one but hope you might have one!

Oh my goodness this weeks menu is killing it!! I am such a chili person but my husband doens’t think it qualifies itself as a meal -he’s crazy and I still make it as a meal LOL. That pecan bar looks so good to me right now as I’m drinking my coffee!
