So, I’m being blog lazy this morning. We just spent the weekend in Missouri, and despite my good intentions, I just have one post for your Monday. Here I have some easy recipes to kick off your Turkey Day week. Tomorrow, I’m going to share the new little addition to our house, but today…I’m off to do laundry and drink coffee. And one last thing…
…this month, What’s Up Wednesday will be THIS WEEK instead of the following week. The bonus question for this week is: What is your favorite Thanksgiving tradition?
Happy Monday friends! xo
Chicken Enchilada Chili is the simplest thing you’ll make all week. All of the ingredients go into the slow cooker and then at the end of the day, a yummy soup is ready and waiting for you. One pot and one delicious dinner.
Meatballs and Tortellini Bake is always a hit at our house. Tortellini, meatballs and tomatoes all baked into one yummy pan.
Sausage & Cabbage Skillet is another super simple supper before Thanksgiving. It’s colorful and flavorful and the whole family will love it!
And you can make my Pumpkin Bread & Sausage Breakfast Casserole for breakfast this week or you could even serve it for dinner (because who doesn’t love breakfast for dinner???). I mean to tell you…this recipe is a WINNER!
And this week, don’t forget…

I’m midway through “It Ends with us” so no new blog post will give me more time to read that today. You were right-cannot put this book down! Looking forward to seeing the new house pics tomorrow.

Shay, before you go…
On your pumpkin streusel pie. I have a Marie Calendars frozen pie crust. Should I Fill and bake frozen crust or unthaw crust and fill and bake?
Thank you!

I would follow the package instructions. Typically, they say to keep the shell frozen, but double check the box!

What is Rotel? I searched it and was given options of companies in Japan or different metals.

It’s a can of chopped tomatoes with green chiles in it. You’ll find it right there with the tomatoes.
