I mean…I probably have like 12 different versions of a lemon bar. But what’s one more, right? They’re just my FAVORITE little sweet treat to make this time of year. This version kind of has a lemon curd topping. It was easy, and they were delicious. Enough said, right?
1 box of yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, whole plus another 6 egg yolks
2 (14 oz) cans of sweetened condensed milk
the zest and juice of one large lemon (about 2 to 3 tablespoons of each)
