We love having people over this time of year, and I’m always looking for ways to entertain without having to actually “cook” while my friends and family are over. My hot crab and artichoke dip is just perfect for that! For your next party, plug in your slow cooker and let it do all the work while you enjoy your guests. Easy!
This recipe makes a big batch of dip!
Shopping List
1 (12 oz) can of lump crab meat
1 (14 oz) can of quartered artichoke hearts, drained
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 (8 oz) bricks of cream cheese, softened
1/2 a cup of milk
a good pinch of salt and pepper
chopped green onions to garnish
In your slow cooker, add all of your ingredients into the slow cooker except for the green onions. Allow your dip to cook on high for about an hour or on low for about 3 hours. Stir to incorporate when ready to enjoy. When serving, garnish with chopped green onions.
Easy as that, friends!! Now, who’s ready for some fall entertaining? ME!!
