Harvest Crunch Mix

Harvest Crunch Mix

I threw together a little mix the other day for an after school snack and it was a hit!  I added all of my favorite fall flavors, tossed them together and then had them in bowls when the kids got home from school.  We decided that next time, we’re going to put them into canning jars and give them to our neighbors.  Add everything in and you’re ready to go.  I love it when it’s as easy as that!!

Shopping List
2 cups caramel corn
2 cups white chocolate pretzels
2 cups of Apple Cinnamon or Pumpkin Spice Cheerios
1 cup of dried cranberries
1 cup of dried apple pieces
1 cup of walnut pieces
1 cup of candy corn

Toss everything together in a big mixing bowl.

You can serve immediately or keep in an airtight container for up to one week.

Lots of fall flavors in one little crunch mix!

Looks so good! I make a really simple three ingredient fall mix that everyone loves. Candy corn, peanuts and fall colored m&m’s!
