Anyone else entertaining like crazy this time of year?
Or eating dips like crazy?
Hahahaha!
Maybe it’s just me?
I feel like it’s the season for dips. From parties to football watchin’…there’s always an occasion to dip 🙂 . My Creamy Corn Dip is super simple because you use the slow cooker.
Enjoy!
Shopping List
1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
2 (14 oz) cans of cream corn
2 (4 oz) cans of chopped green chiles
2 cups of shredded Pepper Jack cheese
2 cups of frozen corn
Crumbly bacon bits to garnish
In your slow cooker, add in your cream cheese, cream corn, green chiles and Pepper Jack cheese. Cover and cook on low 2 to 3 hours. Remove lid and stir until everything is nice and creamy. Next, stir in your frozen corn and cook another 15 minutes or so. Pour into a bowl and garnish with crumbly bacon bits.
