Happy Monday, everyone!
I hope you had the BEST weekend! We’re still eating leftover Valentine’s Day chocolates and reminiscing about last week. I went to grab a piece of chocolate on Friday and every.single.one was pinched in the middle. My guess? Kensington.
Here’s a little look at what we did to celebrate the day of love…
Andrew and Smith wouldn’t be home on Valentine’s Day night, so we had our annual family dinner on the 13th. Pizza and pasta for the win!
After the kids went to bed, I put a few things out for their breakfast the next morning…
The next morning, they got up, had their breakfast and then it was off to school…
…hahahaha! I love those four SO MUCH!!
I love this guy too!! He and Smith were going snowboarding later that night, but it was nice to spend my morning with him.
Right at 1:00, I left to catch all the Valentine’s Day parties…
…this cutie had an ice cream sundae party to celebrate! When it was over, I took her with me to the big kids’ school…
…the kids were at recess in Ashby’s class, so while I set up, she made herself at home 🙂 .
My little lefty can draw a pretty good heart if I don’t say so myself!!
We had so much fun at Ashby’s party! I was in charge of the “making paper hearts” table. Hey, Ashby! The camera is UP! #bestigot
Since, I volunteered in Ashby’s class, I only got to pop in to K’s party. After school, we were having a GORGEOUS day, so I told them we could play outside and do homework after. We were out there for two hours!
I love playing with her outside! She made me hit so many volleyballs that my wrist was sore. #imgettingold
These three.
Ashby made her hat during her party…and wore it the rest of the day.
This is how Madeley plays volleyball…hahahaha!
After we went for a walk, we came in, showered, did homework and then while dinner was in the oven…
…I played Uno Attack with Ashby. This girl LOVES card games!! For a special treat, we had a picnic in the living room and watched a movie before bed. I missed my boys, but we sure did have a great Valentine’s Day!
That’s it for today! Tomorrow, I’m sharing all of my TOP THREE FAVORITE (fill in the blank). I have a whole big list (binge watching shows, Starbucks drinks, etc), but if there is some funny/random top three you want me to answer, tell me today and I’ll try and put it on my post tomorrow. Just comment here!
Have a great Monday, friends! I’ll see you guys tomorrow!

So, so fun! We always do fun valentine’s on the table in the morning and sweet treats. My husband gets flowers for ALL his girls, me, our daughter and daisys for our little Bi-shu named Daisy-Belle! hahaha! EVERY girl gets to feel special!
I spy a PAWTUCKET Red Sox T-shirt! We live about 20 mins from Pawtucket (in MA) and love going to Paw-Sox games in the summer. I know you love Fenway, but McCoy Stadium is super family friendly, has fireworks after Saturday games (usually) and is WAAAAY less expensive. We always make it part of our summer — and you usually see a Red Sox player or two rehabing down there.

What do you say to family/friends who want to call your kids by a nickname? Like did they try to call Kensington “Kensie” ? I have an Addilyn and my FIL asked “when are we going to start calling her Addie?” I just politely said “we’re not”.
Mix and Match Mama says
I told them no. Most people never tried to shorten her name, but the few that did, Andrew and I told them upfront that we didn’t name her that and they need to call her by her actual name. Andrew himself was good at this because he doesn’t like people shortening his name either.
