Ohhhhh! I just love a breakfast sandwich. In fact, any sort of breakfast taco, burrito or sandwich with a cup of coffee is always going to be my ideal way to start the day.
Andrew started making these little Pepper Jelly Breakfast Sandwiches for me a while back and every time I share them on Instagram, I get a lot of questions. Friends, this is so super easy that it’s not even a recipe…just an idea. If we have avocado, sometimes we’ll add that in the sandwich too…seriously, it’s super versatile. After I posted this pic on Saturday, I thought it was time to just give it its own post to make it easy to find here in blog world. We use all gluten-free ingredients too 🙂 .
