You guys, I have a new pie recipe for us today!!
My Creamy Nutella Pie is so delicious and easy too!
You know how I feel about pie…it’s my weakness.
I can pass on cake.
Candy bars? No thank you.
Pie? YES, PLEASE!!! I love pie!
My family has decided to nickname this pie the “EL Fudge Pie” as it tastes like an EL Fudge cookie. (Thank you, Madeley, for bringing that very accurate observation to our attention!).
We love and you will too.
Bonus, if you use a gluten-free crust (like this one here from Trader Joe’s), it’s g-free too!
A delicious and easy pie that will you want to make time and time again!
½ cup flour
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
¾ cup butter, softened
- 1½ cups Nutella
- an unbaked pie shell ready to be filled
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl until foamy (about 30 seconds). Beat in flour, sugar and brown sugar. Beat in butter. Beat in Nutella.
Pour into unbaked pie shell (it will be thick) and bake 55 to 60 minutes or until center isn’t gooey when you cut into it with a knife or poke it with a toothpick.
Remove from oven and let cool on wire rack.
- Slice and serve (maybe with some whipped topping?!)
If you use a gluten-free crust, this recipe is g-free too!
