Good “JEANS” on a Friday!

You guys, today’s post is all about my J-E-A-N-S!

I’m partnering with Nordstrom and Collective Voice today and sharing my GOOD JEANS…

…and I don’t mean these 😉 .

You guys, right now, I feel like what women are wearing on the bottom half of their bodies is a big deal.  And a bit confusing.  So many of you love what you love and others of you want to try something newer/trendier for fall.  I fall into the camp of “I’m only 5’3″ and like what I like for my frame, but I’m totally up for exploring other options”.

What’s a girl to do?

She’s to try on a variety and see what makes her feel like her best self.

I went to Nordstrom, found us a little variety and am sharing the deets today…including ones that might not work for my frame but might totally work for yours.

Settle in (perhaps in your jeans) and let’s get started.  It’s Friday, y’all!

First up…

My tried and true FAVORITE BLACK JEANS!  Right now you’re saying “I’ve seen you wear these a million times before”, but that would be incorrect.  You’ve seen me wear the exact same pair a million times before, but I decided to leave those on Nantucket and buy a second pair to live in McKinney.  THAT’S HOW MUCH I LOVE THEM!  I bought the original pair at least three years ago and love them just as much today.  They are unbelievably comfortable, wash and dry to perfection (no shrinking, no fading), the waist is the perfect height (not too high nor too low) and they have stretch but never sag.  I love this brand so much, but please remember, it’s my experience that you should size down one size when ordering.  I typically wear a 2, but in this brand, I always buy my jeans in a 0.  My JEANS pair perfectly with my TANK, EARRINGS and BOOTS (more on those in a minute!).

What could elevate this outfit just a bit more?

This SUPER CUTE FAUX SUEDE JACKET, of course!  I bought this in the color ALMOND, and it runs TTS (I bought xs).

Is it fall yet?!

So, let’s chat about THESE BOOTS.  I bought them in the color MEDIUM BROWN, but they also come in four other colors including suede.

I know you guys will say I’m crazy, but honest to goodness, THESE BOOTS are comfortable.  Even though they have a heel, they are comfortable and the quality is exceptional.  I’m really excited to wear these this fall!

Another day, another pair of jeans to try on for you guys…

…I wore this on Tuesday when I took two of my team members out to lunch to celebrate a birthday!

A BODY SUIT + GOLD HOOPS + THESE JEANS + MY SANDALS (mine are older, so I linked to a current style) = a great Tuesday lunch outfit!

Okay, time for PAIR OF JEANS #3:

Same BODY SUIT + GOLD HOOPS, but this time, I added MY BOOTS FROM THE #NSALE and THESE JEANS.

So, I like these “slim ankle straight” jeans a lot.  They are comfy, they have a little stretch, and the color is nice.  Again, I’m only 5’3″, so I wanted you to see the different lengths.  I have it rolled up on one side and down on the other…

Here is the other side for you.

I thought THESE JEANS looked cute with THE BOOTS too!

And because it’s Arctic weather inside my house…

…here is a very cozy and soft (zero itch!) CARDIGAN to go with it 😉 .

Now, I thought…

…THESE JEANS were soooooo cute!!!  Now, I think they’re a bit too long for me…

…but you girls taller than 5’3″ will look adorable in them this fall!  They’re the color of cinnamon.  I so wish I were taller.  Online it says to size up one size which I did, and I totally agree with that note.

What number are we on now?

I’m pretty sure this is PAIR OF JEANS #5:

So cute, right?!  These are called PATCH POCKET HIGH WAIST, and I thought they were uber cute for those of you into pockets and a bit wider leg…

…adorable!

Time for PAIR OF JEANS #6:

…I’m super into a CROPPED FRAY HEM JEAN, so this pair is my speed.  My mom told me about 18 months ago that once you buy a pair of MOTHER JEANS, you won’t go back to any other brand.  She was so right.  They are really a different pair of jeans.  The fabric is not heavy, bulky, stiff or loose.  I have never worn a pair I didn’t love.

I wanted you to see that the color of THESE JEANS is a really dark blue (not black).  Classic.

How cute are THESE JEANS with my SNEAKERS too?!

And don’t forget…

…since we’re talking JEANS, I love THIS PAIR too that I bought over the summer!  They have such a nice stretch to them and are so comfy!  They run TTS too, and I’m wearing them here with my SWEATER and those BOOTIES.

Whew!

We we covered a lot of great jeans 🙂 .
