Description
You guys, my No Bake Key Lime Pie Jars are one of my most popular recipes each and every summer. They’re so simple to make, so delicious (can easily be made g-free!), great for entertaining and can be made ahead!
Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
- 2 (14 oz) cans of sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup key lime juice (it took me 7 key limes to get that much juice)
- 2 tablespoons zest from your limes
- another 2–3 limes to slice and garnish on top
- about 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs (either pulse your own or buy the crumbs already in a box), we use gluten-free
- whipped topping to garnish
Instructions
- Clean and set out your 8 jars. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat your cream cheese until smooth with an electric mixer. Next, beat in your sweetened condensed milk followed by your lime juice and zest.
- Pour a little bit of this key lime mixture down into the bottom of all of your jars. Next, add a layer of graham cracker crumbs on top. Repeat one more time.
- At this point, if you’re not ready to serve, put the rings and lids back on each jar and refrigerate.
- When you are ready to serve, add a dollop of whipped topping to the tops of each jar followed by a lime slice. Serve.
Notes
This recipe makes 8 (8 oz) jars.

We also love the Kinnikinnick brand – you can buy a box of graham cracker crumbs that is perfect for recipes! I have bought them at Kroger, Market Street, Sprouts or Walmart.
