We are one week away from St. Paddy’s Day!
If you see that seasonal Irish Cream creamer on your store shelves, grab a bottle and whip up these bars. Don’t see it? No worries, a Sweet Cream or Italian Cream creamer will substitute just fine.
I originally shared these bars TEN YEARS AGO. They’re so easy, so quick and super delish. When I made this batch here, my kids had them devoured. They’re a decadent (and simple!) way to add a little St. Patrick’s Day into your week.
Enjoy! xx
