Ingredients
- 1 box of strawberry cake mix (do not prepare)
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 box of powdered sugar (about 4 cups)
- 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease (I use Pam) a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, 2 eggs and melted butter. Spread in bottom of pan.
- In a second bowl, beat with electric mixer, powdered sugar, 2 more eggs and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in your white chocolate chips. Spread on top of crust mixture.
- Bake 35-40 minutes until edges are brown and center set (it will still be slightly wobbly in the middle).
- Cool on counter 30 minutes, then refrigerate 2 hours up to 2 days.

YUM!!! Looking for to making these. Love! love! a Neiman Marcus Bar. There is just something about them that if you are having a difficult day and you have one of these bars—it makes the day better. I have probably made all of M&M Neiman Marcus Bars. Just made the original ones again last week. The only thing is that while they are oh so good after they have cooled, …..there have been a few times with the original ones and a couple of the others that we couldn’t wait for them to cool and had them warm within a few minutes out of the oven. Oh My!!!!!! Dangerously Delicious this way!

I made them this weekend with my 8 year old granddaughter – it is a favorite recipe of hers because she gets to crack 4 eggs. When you finally get good at egg cracking you want to do it all the time. My son in law was happy about it – he was the taste tester.
