I miss my baby!!

Well, this week I had day surgery on my mouth AND pink eye! So needless to say, I am a complete mess. Because of all of this, my sweet baby girl has had to stay at my mom’s house. Yesterday, my mom brought her over for a visit. These were the pictures I tried to take of her sitting in my lap. She was just too darn cute for words. She wanted to see the camera for herself, so none of the pictures turned out great…but I don’t care. The hour and a half I got to spend with her yesterday was the best part of my week. That is until this afternoon when she comes home to stay!

As for me…I still have stitches in my mouth (across the roof and across the lower gums) and have to wear a plastic shield 24/7 until next Tuesday to protect the stitches. My pink eye is almost completely cleared, and my hubby has been treating me like a princess (bringing me lots of McDonald’s chocolate shakes since I’m on a liquid diet only). I can make it a few more days!!!
