On Friday, we went to a petting zoo in our home town with several of our friends. There were about 15 moms and 30 kids. They had horses, cows, goats, sheep, kittens, dogs, snakes, pigs, bunnies, hamsters and a cheap plastic slide from Walmart that my kid was obsessed with. She could have cared less about the animals, all she wanted was to slide. There were literally pigs running around at her feet and she didn’t pay one bit of attention. I called my mom at one point because ALL of my friends and their kids were sitting inside the barn watching the owner show off each animal while my kid was out front sliding down this dirty, plastic slide. Erika said for $5 (the price of admission), Kensington can come slide down Ebby Lee’s cheap slide any day :). Thanks Erika.

Do you notice how there are no other children near her? Why would there be? They are all looking at the 50 animals…they don’t care about the slide.

Okay…Kensington sleeping at Sunday school absolutely cracks me up. First in the swing, and now all cozy with her hiney up in the air in the crib.

I just love reading your blog! You have such amazing posts about your kids. I originally found your blog via Sheaffer's. And I enjoy it so much. Every day, I check for a new post. 🙂 And I've found so many other great blogs from yours. I just miss reading Sheaffer's blog.
But you are such a good mom. I just wanted to say that. I've been reading your blog for a few months. I've never left a comment. But I do enjoy your blog. 🙂
