On July 4, 2002, I walked into my parents’ house from the back door and immediately saw my brother’s friend from college coming out of the guest room…who would have guessed that 8 years later, he and I would have all of this…
On Thursday afternoon, Andrew and I took the kids to Hawaiian Falls (since we have season passes, we try to go once a week).
It’s hard to take a ton of pictures while you’re playing at a water park.
Friday night, we took Andrew’s parents to Maggiano’s for dinner. Do you see Kensington’s necklace? She always wears my hair headbands as necklaces, but that night, I told her she could pick one of mine to wear out of my jewelry box. She took her time deciding, studying them all, but finally picked this gold heart necklace my parents bought me in high school. She was so proud to wear it.
On Saturday night (after a great day at Canton), we headed to eat Mexican food. I just wanted you to see her cute ponytail :).
Forgive me…I forgot to flip this picture horizontally…but he’s still soooo cute, right?? 🙂

Andrew has been doing Kensington’s hair a lot lately…not bad, right?
Please notice my kids’ matching swim suits in the next two pictures. I waited a long time to walk into Janie and Jack and buy corresponding suits from the same collection :). (If I could have gotten some more cooperation, you would have seen a picture of them together).
These pictures are from our day off on Monday. Since Daddy didn’t have to work, we headed to Lovie’s to swim after boot camp. Kensington loves swimming in her boat at Lovie and Papa Jay’s house.
