Here’s the deal…we have a long summer ahead of us. I can’t be eating the same old burger week after week…I have to spice it up a bit! These burgers were super simple and super yummy…fire up the grill, it’s time to eat!
Shopping List
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
1 small can chopped green chiles
Pepper Jack cheese
Tab’s Guacamole, salsa and/or sour cream
Burger Buns
Preheat your outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, taco seasoning and green chiles. Once incorporated, divide meat into four sections and create four burger patties.
Grill burger patties 6-7 minutes per side (a little longer for a more well-done burger). Sprinkle cheese over burgers the last minute they’re on the grill. Remove from grill and add to burger bun. Top with guacamole, salsa and/or sour cream.
You can even serve these burgers on tortillas or tostada shells. Mexi-Burgers make a great dinner!

Ooo, I love the idea of adding taco seasoning mix!

I like taco seasoning or looting onion soup mix. I also use an egg to help the meat stay together during grilling process. Another great recipe-I am gonna add the green chilies to mine.
