Description
If you’re like me and make traditional BANANA PUDDING on repeat during the summer season, next time try this mix and match version! It has both peanut butter AND Nutella in it. Yes. Yes. Yes. Super easy and crazy delicious.
Ingredients
-
1 large (5 oz) box instant vanilla pudding, not prepared
-
3 cups milk
-
1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
-
1 (12 oz) Cool Whip, thawed a bit (reserve some for final garnish on top)
- 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup of Nutella
- 1 jar of dry roasted peanuts
-
1 box Nilla Wafer Cookies
-
2-3 bananas, sliced (when I make it for my hubby, I just leave the bananas out…some people aren’t banana people)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine pudding mix (do not prepare per box) and milk with a whisk. Next, whisk in sweetened condensed milk and most of your Cool Whip (reserve some to garnish). Set aside.
- In a small bowl, stir together your peanut butter and Nutella. Set aside.
- In your big bowl or trifle dish, layer cookies, a few banana slices, some pudding mixture, a little of your peanut butter mixture, and a sprinkle of peanuts. Repeat until you reach the top.
- Keep refrigerated until you’re ready to serve. (The longer it sits in the refrigerator, the better it taste…sometimes as long as 3 days.). When you’re ready to serve, add the final topping of Cool Whip and a few more peanuts to garnish.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure you’re stirring in the dry pudding mix and not preparing it beforehand.

I used dry roasted but you can absolutely use whichever you have on hand/prefer. And honestly, it’s up to you how many you include. I add a bunch because I love the crunch.
