Happy TRAVEL TUESDAY, friends!
I have two posts with a bit of a travel twist.
Today, I’m sharing COUPLES TRIPS TIPS as well as…

…10 “MUSTS” IN MY BEACH BAG!
Listen, it’s the last week of school and my brain is clearly on SUMMER.
Should yours be too, these posts are for you 🙂 .
You know I’m a beachy girl, and when I go, these are the 10 “musts” I have to bring each time for me (not for my whole fam, that list is longer)…

Here are 10 “MUSTS” IN MY BEACH BAG…

#1: MY KINDLE
The beach is my very favorite place to read, so without a doubt, having a book in my beach bag is #1 for me! In fact, on Nantucket in the summer, I even keep an “emergency” book in my car just in case I forget my Kindle. I’ll stick a physical book in the glovebox for those “just in case” moments. I love the Kindle for many, many, many reasons, but the fact that it’s waterproof, super lightweight, and the screen adjusts so that there isn’t a glare makes it the perfect ocean side companion.

#2: MY BEACH HAT
This hat is indestructible. It’s $26, and I have legit taken it all over the world. It’s been to Indonesia. It’s been on three cruises. It’s been to Nantucket and the Bahamas and St. Thomas and Australia. I don’t even baby it. I just put it in my suitcase and bam, it shows up to every destination ready to go. I must have a hat at the beach for sun protection. Must, must!

#3: SUNGLASSES
I’m such an aviator girl. I almost always wear Ray Bans, but I do have Amazon “dupes” that work really well too!

I’ve said this a gazillion times, but I wear my SPF every.single.solitary.day as the “primer” under my makeup. Even if I don’t wear makeup, I’ll add it on top of my daily moisturizer. I love two brands. I love Supergoop when I want a little bit of “glow” and Elta MD when I don’t. I love both!

I think I’ve been using this brand for 10 years now. Not only does it provide excellent coverage, but it smells AMAZING! It goes on light without being sticky or heavy feeling. It’s easy to wear all day.

#6: LIP SPF
I think it only takes having your lips sunburned one time to never not bring a lip SPF to the beach.

Any Yeti-style cup will do, but my family is OBESSED with these leakproof Stanleys! We even took them on our cruise with us in April. They are perfect for the beach bag because they don’t spill when you place them inside. Brilliant!

#8: MY SPEAKER
We’ve had this same Bose speaker for years and years. It has been on many beach trips with us. I couldn’t find a pic of our new one, but we bought THIS ONE because it’s smaller and lighter, and it was perfect on our cruise!

#9: MY FLIP FLOPS
Kensington and I both love our Tkees, but any flip flop will do for a trip to the beach. You need a shoe in your beach bag that is easy to slip on and slip off and light when you add it to the bag.

#10: BEACH TOWEL
We LOVE these beach towels! We have been buying this brand for years and years and years. I have washed and dried them a gazillion times, and they only get softer and better.
And last but not least…

…the actual beach bag 🙂 .
As you know, I have had THIS BEACH BAG for years and years and years. It comes in so many different colors (brights and neutrals), has a gazillion pockets, can hold a ton without getting damaged, and is only $17.
IT IS THE BEST!
This year for our cruise, I decided to try something new but similar…

…and for only $12, I bought THIS ONE. Same zippered pocket inside, same pockets on the outside, but in a fun neutral. It also comes in other “neutral” options too. It was so cute on our cruise!
One more option…I love to send my team gifts throughout the year, and a few weeks ago, I sent them all…

…one of these MONOGRAMMED TOTES 🙂 . Everyone told me their favorite summer color and their preferred monogram and goodness, these bags are super cute!
And those are the 10 “MUSTS” IN MY BEACH BAG!
Grab your beach bag and head over to read today’s second post on COUPLES TRIPS TIPS!
I would LOVE to know what a “must” is in YOUR beach bag! Please comment and share!
Happy Tuesday, everyone! I’ll see you all back here tomorrow. xx
