Ok…please excuse me as I have a total nerd moment…this morning, Andrew, Sean and I went to visit the Kidd Kraddick in the Morning radio show live from their studio. It was unbelievably cool. I’ve been listening to Kidd Kraddick for 18 years. Yes, 18 years! So, to personally meet him (and his crew) and see where they work was a very cool moment for me. And to top it off…I got to be on the air with Sean and the gang for a little Bachelorette talk. Made.My.Life. (Ok, maybe the husband and two precious kids made my life but this comes pretty close. Oh and maybe when Michael Buble touched me, that made my life too. Probably more than the two precious kids…but I digress…)
So, we got there this morning at 6:30 and were able to watch and listen for about 30 minutes before we went on the air. Everyone was so nice…we received lots of hugs and an outpouring of love..a fantastic morning. My favorite parts…Big Al hitting on me. Twice. Kidd telling me he read my blog. Kidd tweeting me (oh yes, that rocked my Twitter world) and talking on air about my favorite brother and my favorite TV show. A great day. A great, great day.
Me and Kidd!
Me and Big Al!
The whole gang…Kellie, Sean, Kidd, me, Jenna, J-Si, Andrew and Al.
Thank you so much Kidd Kraddick in the Morning! You guys are awesome!

I am really glad I found your blog cause your family is so sweet and your kids are SO cute! I am a HUGE fan of the bachelorette and I absolutely loved watching your brother on there. What a class act guy! He did so well on the MTA last night too, just shows what a classy guy he is. I wish him all the best as he is going to make someone very happy one day!
How fun that you got to go into the radio station you have been listening to for so long, I would have been super excited too!

I LOVE Kidd Kraddick! Listen to him all the way up here in Kentucky. PS I tuned in to hear you and your cutie bro Sean. Loved it 😉
And by the way, I am sure you get tons of emails from girls wanting to date your brother. So here is my shameful plug. Wink wink 😉 HAHA.
You're adorable. So nice to see down to earth, GOOD families. 🙂

It's okay to be a nerd about stuff like this. Who would have ever thought a) your brother would be one one of your favorite TV shows and b) you all would be on your favorite morning radio show. I listened to the interview – it was great! The whole bit with Kellie flirting w/Sean made me a little uncomfortable though … but I guess you are used to that now.

I'm not gonna lie, when the Kidd Kraddic show announced they were having Sean on the show the next morning, I wondered if you were going to be there too! I live super close to Las Colinas so I'm regretting that I didn't come out to the studio and meet ya'll! Glad you had a good time.. I'm a huge fan as well and would have freaked if I ever got the chance to meet the cast… <3 ya chica!

Just caught onto your blog this week. Love how your deep love for your family pours out through your daily experiences. What an amazing sister you are to your bro Sean-your letter turned me into a crying mess! Is there a button or link so I can become a follower of your blog?
Sending love from Canada!
Kristy 🙂

This popped up today . . . sad timing to look back and remember such a fun time for you and Sean.
Kidd impacted so many people in the Metroplex and all over the nation. It feels like we all knew him, and we will most definitely all miss him.
