My girlfriend Sarah makes these quite often because we looooooove them! They are little tortilla pinwheels with this delicious salsa-cream cheese filling, They are the perfect little appetizer…the perfect bite for girls’ night.
Shopping List
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/2 package of dry Fiesta-Style Ranch Dressing Mix (not spicy) (found on salad dressing aisle)
1 cup of salsa or taco sauce (the less chunky the better)
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
10 jumbo/burrito size flour tortillas
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, seasoning, salsa and cheddar. Spread mixture across your tortillas. Roll each tortilla up bottom to top, re-spreading mixture as needed as you roll. Place rolled tortillas on a baking sheet in the freezer for 10 minutes or fridge for 30 minutes. Slice tortillas into 3/4 inch slices and serve along side your favorite salsa.
These are just so good. You’ll be popping them in your mouth left and right. Thank you Sarah!!

Hi Shay! Love the sounds of this and was planning on making tonight for our girls' Dinner Club. The only problem is I can't find the fiesta style ranch mix, would the regular ranch mix work? Thanks a ton!!

I couldn't find that dressing mix either. Any dry mix of ranch dressing will do. I used Hidden Valley. I had my daughter's rehearsal dinner at the house. These were a HUGE hit. Everyone loved them and I made so many that I was able to pull them out of the fridge later and serve the late comers. I actually made them the day before, covered with Saran Wrap and they were nice and fresh the next night. Superb. Thanks Sarah! By the way… the reason I chose this particular recipe is that my daughter's name is also Sarah.
