I couldn’t resist. I just couldn’t. Aren’t these the cutest little pumpkins you’ve ever seen? I’ve told you before, I just love my little Kraft Foods Magazine. It’s always filled with easy, family-friendly recipes. When I saw these, I fell in love. Share them with your little pumpkins.
Shopping List
1 (8oz) package of cream cheese, softened
1 package of Peanut Butter Oreos, finely crushed (you don’t have to use Peanut Butter ones)
2 (6 oz) packages of white chocolate baking squares, melted
Orange food coloring
1 cup of orange sugar sprinkles
About 10 pretzel sticks, broken into 3 or 4 pieces each
Mix cream cheese and crushed Oreos in a bowl until well blended. Shape mixture into about 40 (one inch) balls. Make sure all of the balls are formed before you begin this next step.
As soon as you melt your chocolate, stir in your food coloring to reach the desired color orange. Immediately dip balls into the chocolate and lay back on wax paper to dry. Sprinkle each ball as soon as it’s dipped in chocolate. Insert one pretzel piece into each ball.
It’s really, really important that you work quickly with your melted chocolate. The chocolate firms up quickly, so if you’re not ready and fast, it will start to firm up. Also, make sure you sprinkle each ball as soon as it’s dipped or else the sprinkles won’t stick.
Store your little pumpkins in the fridge until you’re ready to devour eat them.
Pumpkins make me happy.

Shay, these pumpkins look so delicious. I pinned the recipe, and will have to try it soon! and I can't believe Sean is the new Bachelor! I will be so thrilled for him to find someone as wonderful as he showed himself to be last season.

These look so yummy!! Have you seen the new candy corn Oreos at Target. Something about those, and this recipe, sound amazing to me right now. 🙂
