Ohhhhh! This is one of my very favorite lunches! I make it all the time! It’s so simple and so delicious…plus, you can mix and match it a million different ways. I love mine with sliced cherry tomatoes and a little pre-cooked fajita chicken…but then sometimes, I switch it up and add ham, Swiss and some baby spinach with a little pesto. Or…I’ve been known to put peanut butter and sliced bananas inside. It’s just so versatile!
My grocery store sells these little wraps made for kids. They’re smaller than a basic wrap and really soft. I’m sure your store sells something similar. If not, a basic wrap or a tortilla will work just fine.
I love to buy this kind of precooked fajita chicken for my wraps…
…but you could use leftover chicken or any kind of deli meat (or bacon!).
In a small bowl, combine a few sliced cherry tomatoes, a handful of shredded lettuce (go ahead and just buy the pre-shredded lettuce in the salad section…it will make your life easier), a few slices of chicken and two tablespoons of your favorite salad dressing (I used Ranch). Spread your mixture across the middle of a tortilla and secure with a toothpick. Done!
Raspberries are the perfect side
And to be extra healthy, I like a little fish with my lunch ;).
Mix and Match like crazy…and enjoy your lunch.

Yum! I know what we'll be having for lunch today. Luckily, I have some leftover chicken from last night.

Yum! I tried this today and it was amazing. Here is one for you to try: cottage cheese, sliced avacado, sliced grape/cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber and salt & pepper to taste.

I Ike to either put a banana, granola, and yogurt in my tortilla or Nutella, p. butter and rice crispy cereal! Great snack and healthy. My kids love it ! With the Nutella one, I like to slice it and put a toothpick in it. The kids like the swirls!

Fajita chicken is over by the Lunchables and hot dogs in the grocery store. Enjoy!
