This is hands-down my second favorite bundt cake. I don’t even have to think about it. This was the 3rd cake that I mixed and matched in the years before I actually started this blog. It’s light, it’s fresh, it’s positively perfect.
I just love, love, love this bundt cake. It’s one of those cakes that you could actually have for breakfast with a cup of coffee. It’s just divine. Yes, I called my cake divine…but to me, it is. My hubby doesn’t even care for lemon but he enjoys this cake. It’s perfect.
This cake will always hold a dear spot in my heart because first I mixed and matched the Butterscotch Bundt Cake, and then, I mixed and matched this one…and then I realized…I bet I could do this about 97 more times. And I did.

So funny, I JUST made this one yesterday! My hubby needed to bring something in for a team breakfast at work so I consulted my mix and match mama "cookbook"
(Side note: You should totally make a cookbook! I'd buy one for myself and one for everyone I know!). It came out of the oven looking and smelling glorious in all it's lemony goodness and now I need to make one for us! Thanks for always making me look like a skillful baker:)

I'm guessing #1 will be pumpkin spice or pumpkin with cream cheese frosting 🙂
