Today is the special Halloween Edition of Meal Planning Monday! All of the recipes would be perfect for Halloween night when you’re busy running around putting costumes on kids, answering the doorbell and heading out with your little ones as well. They would also be quick and simple weekday dinners for the other nights of the week when you’re just too beat to cook.
Happy Halloween everyone!
A frightfully fun name for a simple slow cooker supper! Your little pumpkins will love Ghoul-Ash!
Chicken Tortilla Soup is warm and hearty, provides your kiddos with veggies and protein before they fill up on candy and is a cinch to whip up in the slow cooker.
Frito Pie Casserole is just happiness! If you’re having people over before the trick-or-treating begins, they won’t want to leave! They’ll be in love with this little casserole!
People are always kind of skeptical of this dish but read the reviews…once they try it, people LOVE it! My Pumpkin Sausage Pasta is the perfect supper for Halloween week!
The easiest little supper for Halloween night…BBQ Chicken Sliders!
One of my favorite bundt cakes…Bundt Cake #60 Candy Corn! Not only is this simple, it’s so much fun for kids!
And if your kiddos are cupcake kids, then you should definitely whip up a batch of my Candy Corn Cupcakes with them! Aren’t they cute?!
And the easiest little 3 ingredient dessert for your Halloween week are my Oreos. You are going to love how simple and delicious this little method is.
Enjoy your week everyone!!

I'm going to try your "ghoul-ash" this week! My family loved the cupcakes with the oreos baked into them last night! My daughter is only 6 months so I'm "practicing" making holiday treats this year so I'm all set for next year. My husband, parents and brother are certainly appreciating my efforts even if my baby can't reap the benefits just yet. 😉

I have to tell you, I made the pumpkin sausage pasta a few weeks ago and my family went nuts for it! Only hubby knew about the pumpkin in it. It was quickly devoured and on my rotation now to be made again in the near future!

I made your pumpkin sausage pasta last week and it was a huge hit! My hubby isn't pumpkin obsessed like I am (the nerve, right?!) but even he had two huge helpings. It made a lot of pasta and the leftovers reheated really well too. Trying your chicken spaghetti on Halloween night!
