Is there anything better than soup for supper on a cold winter night? I don’t think so. We’ve reached that point in the year when I’m making soup almost every night…and I just love it! (Plus, I love eating the leftovers for lunch the next day!)
Here are some of my favorite soups for your cozy winter…
My very favorite soup is our Sausage and Corn Chowder. Love. Love. Love. The recipe calls for pork sausage but lately, I’ve been making it with chicken sausage. Yummy!
Taco Chili is like a tortilla soup but with ground beef instead of chicken. Andrew requests this version all the time!
Slow Cooker Potato Soup is perhaps the easiest soup known to mankind.
White Chicken Chili. Enough said.
Chicken Soup with Cornbread Dumplings will satisfy the cornbread lovers in your family. Delicious!
Sausage and Kale Soup tastes just like Olive Garden’s Zuppa Toscana Soup!
And Mexican Chicken Chili will warm you on really cold nights. This soup has a lot of flavor!

Cozy up with supper tonight!

We are BIG sausage potato chowder fans at our house. Griffin gobbles it up and cries when it's over 🙂 A true fan favorite 🙂

Hi Shay! Thanks for sharing these great recipes, they are perfect for the cold weather! I am just curious, about how many servings would you say these soups make? Four to Six, or more? Thanks again! Drea

I've made all but two of these and we've never been disappointed! The sausage kale soup and cornbread dumpling ones are in the batters box! 😉 Trying those next!
