Two years ago, I created a Cadbury Creme Egg Bundt Cake for Easter…and it was divine. Cadbury Creme Eggs mixed with a chocolate cake? Hello! How could it not be fabulous?!?!
When I saw this recipe on Pinterest for Cadbury Creme Egg Brownies, I knew I needed to make it for one of my Easter bars…and boy was I right! My kiddos had the best time helping me unwrap the little eggs and an even better time enjoying their piece of brownie. From now on, Easter won’t be complete until we make these little bars.
And wait until you see how simple they are…
Shopping List
1 box of your favorite brownie mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
3 dozen miniature Cadbury Creme Eggs
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Grease (I used Pam) a 9×13 baking dish. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat with an electric mixer your brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil and water until smooth. Pour brownie batter into prepared pan.
Unwrap your miniature Creme Eggs and carefully lay them down inside the batter in rows.
Bake about 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Allow bars to cool at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
I mean…come on? How will I ever eat a brownie any other way?!?!
This is what the miniature sized eggs look like in their package. I bought three of these.
And for grins…click here to see my Cadbury Creme Egg Bundt Cake recipe.
Easter is coming soon!

So in my 37 years on earth how is it that I never had a cadberry egg. These were absolutely delicious. I am literally trying not to eat a second piece. Did anyone else have trouble getting the pieces of brownies out of the pan? People make these my whole family loved them!
