1 pound of cooked and shredded chicken (click here for my perfect chicken method)
4 tostada shells
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, drizzle in either your sesame oil or your olive oil. Add in the chopped garlic and saute a minute. Next, add in your cooked chicken and soy sauce and heat it through just a few minutes (the chicken is already cooked, so you’re just heating it up with the garlic and soy sauce).
Spoon your chicken mixture down on to the tostada shell and garnish it with a few toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
And that’s it! Dinner is done!
I just toast up my sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for about two minutes. So simple and full of flavor!

These look delish! But now I've got a problem. The Asian twist made me think of Pad-See-Ew….and now I HAVE TO HAVE IT. It's 5:03 a.m., and I want Pad-See-Ew NOW,

Shay – could you make this in the crockpot?? I haven't had time to cook my chicken yet and we'll be gone most of the day….just curious if you think it would work. THANKS!

You know…I'm always looking for things to put in the slow cooker…and this might work. I haven't tried it though. You would probably need a little chicken stock or water in there because your chicken won't have enough wet ingredients for cooking.
