Meal Planning Monday #28

In honor of today being St. Patrick’s Day, I picked five suppers that all have something green in them!  No need to worry about what to make this week, I have you covered with simple and fast (and green) recipes to make your week a cinch.  Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
My Pesto Meatballs are perfect by themselves with a big green salad or they’re yummy tossed with pasta too.  Best part?  They’re easy!
This is a great twist on classic Chicken Noodle Soup…it’s my Spinach and Chicken Noodle Soup!  And since it’s made in the slow cooker, it’s simple to make!
We make these Green Chile Cheeseburgers all the time at our house!  Love them!
My yummy Spinach Calzones will be a HUGE hit at your house!  These are the perfect weeknight meal…especially for busy families!
I love my Green Onion and Spinach Turkey Meatballs because they only take minutes to whip up and taste delicious!
For a green bundt cake?  My Mint Chocolate Oreo Bundt Cake.  Hello!  So stinkin’ delicious!
And if you need a green cupcake?  My Lime Kool-Aide Cupcakes are simple, fast and yummy too!
And your bonus recipe this week?  My Pineapple Cucumber Celery Smoothie.  It’s green and it’s great!
Happy St. Paddy’s Day!!

I made your pesto meatballs & doubled the recipe. Half were meatballs and the the half I made into a meatloaf and froze. Both were so good! Love both your blogs!

Funny…last night before bed I was making my menu and grocery list. I had one night left for the week and wanted one of your "green" meatball recipes. It was late, so I thought I would search in the morning. Ha! Here it is…Thank you!

We had your pesto meatballs last night, and earlier in the day we made the Lucky Charms treats and delivered them to our neighborhood friends. Both so easy and SO delicious! Thank you!
