Oh goodness! Some of you are really excited right now and some of you are absolutely repulsed. There is no other ingredient that I work with more divisive than coconut! You people either love it or absolutely hate it…so if you’re a coconut person, keep reading, if you’re not, I’ll see you tomorrow :).
I am a coconut person! I love it in desserts, I love it paired with savory dishes, I love coconut flavored coffee drinks, I love it, I love it, I love it! Here are some of my very favorite coconut recipes just in time for Memorial Day and the beginning of summer…it’s totally coconut season!

The coconut lime bundt cake is the best thing ever!!!!!!! I've gotten so many compliments on it every time I have made it. I even did coconut lemon once and it was really good too! I'm a coconut lover and I'm trying the bread ASAP!!
