It’s the first Monday in June! I don’t know about you…but we are in full summer mode! We’re staying up later, we’re swimming, we’re being a little lazy, and we’re almost always eating something off of the grill. This week’s menu kept all of my summer love in mind. Happy meal planning!
Our Chicken Caesar Salad Sandwiches are just so easy that they’re silly. This is the perfect summer night meal…simple, quick and yummy!
Just because it’s summer, doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a pasta supper! I love making this Shrimp Carbonara with Roasted Veggies on nights when we’re craving pasta but don’t want a heavy meat sauce.
People. This is easy. This is just basic grilled chicken with my yummy Tomato Basil Relish up on top. You could also add this yummy goodness to steak, pork or fish too (or just dip some chips in it!). Love this stuff!
