Woohoo! It’s a holiday week edition of Meal Planning Monday!
Even though the actual holiday isn’t until Friday, I pretty much count this entire week as holiday-ish. Today, I’ll show you a few quick suppers to make at the beginning of the week and then tomorrow, I’m featuring my July 4th Menu!
Happy July 4th Eve Eve Eve Eve (whatever, I’m happy okay?!)!
My Grilled Italian Sausages with Jalapeno Marmalade is super simple to whip up any night this week.
We eat my Chicken and Ranch Enchilada Stack year around. It’s so simple and really delicious! (Plus, if you use my Perfect Chicken method, it’s so simple to make!)
Sheaffer’s Teriyaki Marinade should totally be made this week. Use this marinade on chicken (like above), shrimp or salmon. Just make it. I promise…you will love it!
