This has truly been our first real week of summer. No moving, no traveling, no school, no commitments…just summer. We loved every minute of it too :).
Day 155: Our plans kept getting thwarted for the morning, so by 11:20, we decided to forget everything and just stop for sundaes. And it was so much fun :).
Day 156: We spent the day at the Perot Museum with our besties Miss Andrea, Mason, Luke and Griffin. We had so much fun!
Day 157: I make cookie dough and these people come running! The life of a food blogger’s family :).
Day 158: Happy Saturday! And yes, I have leopard carpet up my back staircase. I got a lot of feedback from people telling me how much they love my leopard carpet :). Leopard is a neutral, right?
Day 159: Kensington’s recital! We were so proud of our little clown!
Day 160: Rainy days and Mondays mean we dress super cute for the day. This kid loves a good rainy day!
Day 161: On this Tuesday, the kids and I decided to eat breakfast at Starbucks and then go swimming. Such a fun day with just my two babies :).

Precious faces with those sundaes! So jealous of your summer!
The leopard carpet actually made me gasp. In Europe any sort of animal print is used to indicate a) Africa or b) strip-tease. I think I've lived here so long that I've started to associate it with those things too! Thanks for keeping me firmly rooted in America where animal prints are considered NEUTRALS! 🙂

I love your recipes!! I'm going to head on over to your other blog to see what you have in store for us! My husband would love for me to cook up something delicious for him for Father's Day since he is the main cook over here.

What do you do if someone doesn't claim their Erin Condren life planner that they won? Just curious. Do you give it to another reader?

so, i am in love with "days of grateful" that you mentioned in your last post. i have already started talking to my 11 year boy to be thinking about it. next week is our youth summer camp at the beach. i am in charge of middle school girls (#cuesquealing)and you better believe i am going to have them participate. i even find myself thinking about things i am grateful for constantly and that is hard to do with multiple storms a day for the last 2 weeks!
thank you so much for that. i know it will be #lifechanging

I just think its cool that you have two staircases!

I can't wait to see your house, I have ALWAYS wanted two sets of stairs…livin' the dream girl!
Mix and Match Mama says
Almost all of the Erin Condren planners have been claimed. I have emails out to the 3 winners who have not contacted us. If they go unclaimed, I'll have to ask Erin Condren herself what she would like me to do. Hopefully, all of the planners will be passed out.
