Each June and July, I take one day a week and dedicate it to lunch. I hate making lunch/thinking about lunch/grocery shopping for lunch…I just want lunch ready for me when I’m ready to eat. Each of these recipes are super simple and most of them can be eaten over the course of several days. Plus, they all make great light suppers too. I hope you enjoyed our lunches this summer!
And like I do every August, I’ll be featuring one breakfast recipe a week to keep in our arsenal for the cozy fall and winter mornings when you want a hearty (but simple) breakfast. Our first one is next week!

Shay, you mentioned in a post that you make a latte. Would you tell what you do to make this? Thanks!

GIRL! You are making lunch look GOOD and FUN! Who wouldn't love a pasta salad for lunch? And that broccoli and cranberry salad is DIVINE. One of my fav things you've ever served me!!!!

Your honey mustard chicken and corn wraps look delicious! Also, I was all ready to make your sun-dried tomato/spinach/feta sloppy joes last night, but after reading the recipe closer, I wondered if it would be too dry (my husband does not like dry ground turkey). I decided to take the same ingredients (ground turkey, feta, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes) and *mix and match* to make turkey burgers. They were AMAZING and definitely husband-approved! Those ham and cheese biscuits…I can't even say enough about them. Since I discovered them no lie we have had them at least twice a week…my boys seriously think it's the greatest meal I've ever made! I make 5 cans of biscuits at a time..,sadly they don't last long with our family of 7.
