Listen, I am so excited that I’m practically giddy over here! We have made it to fall food!
(I can hear the angels singing right now…)
Fall food is my very favorite!!
My goal for Meal Planning Mondays is to give you simple supper ideas and a few bonus recipes to make your busy weeknights so much simpler. Let’s pull out those slow cookers, start making some soups, buy a few cans of pumpkin and smile really big…fall food is here!
Happy Tuesday!
My BBQ Apple Chicken Sandwiches are always a hit in my family! I love how simple they are and my family loves how yummy they taste.
I love my Pesto Meatballs because you can sneak all sorts of yummy veggies inside. You can serve these by themselves alongside a green salad or over pasta.
If you don’t know what King Ranch Casserole is, you should check out this recipe…if you do know what it is…you will love how simple my version is!
These Honey Mustard Brisket Tostadas are a slow cooker favorite in my house. When it’s time to eat, you simply assemble your tostada and go!
This week’s bundt cake is my Caramel Apple Cider. Instead of water, you use apple cider as the liquid…so moist and delicious!
Sheaffer introduced me to these S’mores Cookies years ago…seriously, they’re so simple and yummy too!
And if you’re looking for a quick breakfast or simple supper, my Sausage & Egg Burritos are the perfect meal! You can even freeze these and then pop them in the microwave on busy mornings!
Have a wonderful day!! I’m so blessed to share fall with YOU!
XOXO

Both of these desserts were serious hits with my friends and family last year! So excited to make them again.
Also–this past Sunday we hosted a lunch after my baby girl's baptism and I baked your spinach artichoke tortellini and three of your bundt cakes (choc oreo, red velvet, and cherry limeade). Everyone raved about them! Thank you for always sharing fun, easy, and delicious recipes!
