Here’s what’s for dinner this week…
Kensington’s favorite thing for supper are meatballs, so my Cheeseburger Meatballs are on the menu for this week.
This Chicken and Black Bean Rice Casserole is super simple to whip up on a busy week night!
Chicken Milanese with Cheesy Chive Polenta sounds fancy but it’s so simple! Your kids will think they’re fancy chicken fingers but you’ll know they’re even better. (And polenta is a really nice alternative to mashed potatoes!)
If you buy a big enough piece of pork (like 3 to 4 pounds), you can get at least 8 servings out of this method… four servings for tonight’s supper and eat yummy Pulled Pork Sandwiches and then four more servings for tomorrow night’s supper…
… BBQ Pork Tacos. The perfect little leftover meal. Or you can buy a small pork roast and just make one of these delicious meals.
