I was taking dinner to some friends and wanted to include a little dessert…so I took out a box of pudding, some mini graham cracker crusts and my good old Irish Cream coffee creamer and whipped up these. Easy Peasy.
For this recipe, you can use one (9 inch) graham cracker crust or 6 mini ones.
Shopping List
1 (3 oz) box of instant vanilla pudding
1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup Irish Cream flavored coffee creamer
Graham cracker crusts
Whipped cream for garnish, optional
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding, sweetened condensed milk and Irish Cream for about two minutes. Pour mixture into pie crusts and refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
Garnish with whipped cream right before serving.
That’s it! This is like the easiest little dessert ever…and delicious too!

Could you mix and match this with a different creamer to make a different flavored pie?? 🙂

Hi Shay, I have been reading your blog for a couple of years and followed your adoption story. There is a movie out in limited theaters about the need for adoption today and tomorrow called the Dropbox. Check out the trailer and the movie has rave reviews at Sundance. http://youtu.be/yTQ2VTf5vWc

Do you think you could combine this recipe to make one pie with a 9 inch premade graham cracker shell?
Mix and Match Mama says
Yup, per the directions, this can be made in one graham cracker shell. Enjoy!
