Happy June 1st!
I’m excited about this June! The sun is supposed to finally pop out here in North Texas, we have swimming to do, snow cones to eat and fun to have. It’s going to be a great month.
Grab your flip flops, fire up your grill, sit outside and enjoy the first week of June.
Kick off your week with my flavorful Chipotle Fish Tacos and Creamy Slaw. Lots of flavor, little work.
Friends, make this pasta. Seriously…make it. My Pecan & Goat Cheese Pasta is divine. The cheese melts and becomes your sauce while the pecans and cranberries add some flavor and texture. So simple to throw together and insanely good too.
I use ground turkey in my Greek Tacos…and then loads of veggies and Feta. Yum.
Make tonight easy and serve my Ham & Cheese Biscuit Sliders (with honey!). Add some roasted veggies and/or a salad and your simple supper is done.
And end your week with my Spinach and Sun Dried Tomato Turkey Burgers. They taste like meatballs off the grill and are loaded with veggies.
My Pina Colada Bundt Cake should be your Bundt Cake of the Week. It tastes just like the drink…but in cake form :).
