Chicken Florentine Calzones for those nights when you just don’t want to grill.
We love a good stir-fry! My Quick Chicken Stir-Fry gets supper on the table fast!
Sweet Corn Topped Burgers…yes, ma’am! The corn, the goat cheese…I mean, I could just eat this every night this week and call it good.
And let’s end our week with my Mushroom Sausage Kale Pasta.
And our bundt cake of the week…

My kids love, love, love the Rainbow Bundt Cake and it’s really easy to make!
On last little treat this week…
…Mini Coconut Cream Pies (they’re in a sugar cookie crust!). Love.

All of the meals this week look so delicious! I wish my picky-eater husband would branch out more so that I could try some of these recipes. Do you have any tips for easing a picky eater into dishes that have a wide range of veggies and flavors?

Love your food (and your family) blog, Shay! Would you maybe sometime include in a Meal Planning Monday what sides you do with the meal? Sometimes those are the hardest to think of, so any ideas would be great!
