Today, we’re talking all things FRUIT.
Since I am sharing my TOP FIVE, BOTTOM FIVE: FRUIT, I thought I’d make this week’s Meal Planning Monday fruit inspired too.
I have five entrees that each include a different fruit, one dessert, a breakfast and a salad too.
No matter which fruit you think is underrated or overrated, this meal plan is simple, seasonal, and oh so delish.

LEMON PARM PASTA WITH CHICKEN has been a staple recipe at my house for years. You can omit the chicken to keep this vegetarian too!
