Show & Tell Tuesday: Christmas Decorations


It’s Show & Tell Tuesday!
Today, we’re all linking up with Andrea and sharing our Christmas decorations!  I love looking at people’s Christmas decorations and peeking inside their homes, so I’m totally pumped about today’s link up!
‘Tis the season for lots of lights!
Disclaimer: I have been collecting Christmas decorations for 12 years now…I wish I could link to everything, but most of it is old.  So sorry!  I know some of you will ask about specific things, but if it’s not cited, then it’s not current.

On top of our dining room table.

…because I’m a big believer that a strand of lights and some ornaments are the best kind of decorations ;).

On our bed.
 Flannel reindeer sheets, Christmas plaid and a red quilt for the holidays.  All from Pottery Barn.

 During the holidays, I switch out everything in here and add all of my kids’ Santa pictures from years past.

Andrew and I bought this Advent house while we were in Belgium one year.  Finding candy in here is one of our kiddos’ favorite traditions!

This year, we added our Santa Advent Calendar too.

Please excuse the elf…he was hanging around the kitchen on this day :).

 As you can see…I’ve been collecting Pottery Barn Kids holiday plates for some time now :).  And then my two very favorite Christmas decorations are…

My little office tree makes me happy.  Christmas music, coffee and my little tree…these are a few of my favorite things.

Kensington and Smith colored these for my desk.
And Smith made me this little paper wreath for my office door :).

Our upstairs tree.

This year, Kensington got a new tree.  Her tree was 7 years old and sad looking…so, I took her to Hobby Lobby and we fixed her up a new tree.

Christmas sheets times three.  They’re from PB Kids too.

Smith really wanted to hang all of his ornaments by himself without any help.  I gave him the boxes of ornaments and hooks and he did it all.  Notice that the ornaments only go “Smith high”. ;).

Sweet Ashby got a new tree this year too!

And her own set of Christmas sheets :).

We always buy a real tree to put at the end of our pool…

…it looks so pretty at night.

    WOW!! Loving that cozy lighting! I believe that just sitting by the fire with only the tree lights on just makes everything look more festive! Love the idea for a tree in each kid's room. And if we had a pool, we'd be doing the same thing with a Christmas tree out there! Thanks for sharing 🙂

    Gorgeous!!! Love the tree by the pool most of all!!! We've bought approximately 4,592 new lights this year because all of our old lights are UK/EU and I STILL want more. Christmas lights are without a doubt my absolute favorite part of Christmas in America!
