A few years ago, we started a family Valentine’s dinner tradition where the five of us go out to eat on Valentine’s night. The last two years in a row, we’ve visited our local diner…so it’s nothing fancy! That being said, if you want to cook a cozy dinner inside for two (or for your entire family!), I have the menu for you.
Enjoy!
Start your night off with my Pecan Praline Baked Brie.
Next up…my Broccoli & Cranberry Salad.
And for entrees…
…either my Portobello Pasta or my…
Yum!
And for dessert…
…Nutella Cupcakes with Strawberry Frosting.
A cozy Valentine’s dinner with the one(s) you love.
xoxo

YUMMY! I am going to make those cupcakes. My son just saw the brie and said are those people eating bugs. I said no that is a heavenly concoction called baked brie. He said ewe!!!! That's okay – more for me!

I have told my husband no less than 9,999 times about your baked steak recipe and he still is reluctant to try it. What is it with a guy and their grill? Maybe if I tell him that's what I want for Valentine's he'll do it. Plus, it'll save him a trip to the Kendra Scott store!

What size filets do you use in the bleu cheese baked steak recipe?
