My kids love helping me make bark! It’s easy, it’s quick and it’s instant gratification (they don’t have to wait for anything to come out of the oven). For Easter this week, how about some Jelly Bean Bark? My kiddos had a blast making this with me!
1 package white-chocolate candy coating (or almond bark)
Line a section of your counters with wax paper.
In a microwavable bowl, melt white-chocolate coating (stopping to stir every 45 seconds). Once melted, pour out over wax paper. Immediately, top with jelly beans and sprinkles (pressing lightly into chocolate). Allow candy coating to cool (about 20 to 30 minutes). Once cooled, break into big chunks and store in a Ziploc bag.
That’s it! My kiddos added in their jelly beans sprinkled out some sprinkles and took great pride in their little masterpiece.
