Raise your hand if you’re ready for school to be over? I think my kids have 17 more days…and they couldn’t come fast enough. At this moment, I’m powering through until summer. And…as you all know, by July 5, I’ll be dreaming of pumpkins and fall ;). #causethatsme #noshame
Five super simple suppers comin’ up! Enjoy your meal planning!
I shared my recipe for Honey Pecan Chicken Thighs last week and friends, if you didn’t make them, YOU MUST! They’re insanely easy and delish! I used boneless/skinless chicken thighs but you can use chicken breasts too. Whichever works for your family!
This time of year, I make my Lemon Parm Pasta a lot. I just made it last Sunday night and as always, everyone loves it! It’s fresh, it’s light…it’s May in a bowl. If you wanted to add a little protein to yours (because it’s vegetarian), grill up some shrimp and add it to the side. Done!
Turkey Cacciatore Joes for your Wednesday! This sloppy joe has all the bells and whistles of chicken cacciatore…but in a weeknight sandwich instead!
Chipotle Fish Tacos with my creamy slaw and guacamole…it must be Thursday (because in my head…Thursday is just a mini-Friday and things get relaxed around our house!)! Yummy!
Wrap up your week with my Mushroom Burgers. Yes. Make ’em!
Speaking of the weekend…my Pink Lemonade Bars are a must. My kiddos (especially Kensington!) love these creamy bars!
And if you’re looking for a quick little breakfast bite this week…
…yesterday, I posted my Strawberry French Toast Casserole. This, coffee and a lazy Saturday morning sound great to me.
Happy Monday friends!
