Hot weather outside means I want cool and quick suppers inside. I do not want heavy, time consuming, standing over the stove, head in the oven kind of meals. I want quick. Perhaps off the grill. And light. And that’s just what I have for you today on our special edition of Meal Planning Tuesday.

Crab Cake Burgers for the win! Don’t let crab scare you…making a crab cake (or in this instance a Crab Cake Burger) is as simple as making a meatball. You just combine everything and bake!
My BBQ Chicken Tacos are made in the slow cooker! The chicken cooks all day while you’re out and then come supper time, you assemble and enjoy.
Is it weird that I’m suggesting quiche? Growing up, we had quiche for dinner all the time! You make a quiche (like this Bacon & Spinach Quiche), serve it with a green salad and dinner is done. (Pssssst: of course, this would be excellent for breakfast too!).
And round out your week with my Buffalo Turkey Burgers. All the Buffalo wing flavors you love piled on top of one turkey burger.

One last little recipe…my Strawberry & Lemon Yogurt Popsicles! They’re made with vanilla Greek yogurt and are a cinch to pull together!
