It’s my Meal Planning Monday. I don’t know about you…but we’re back in the swing of things. Busy afternoons, driving kids from activity to activity and homework. The last thing I have time to mess with is a complicated dinner. This week, five suppers that your family will love and you wont’ have to fuss with much. Win, win.
I shared my recipe for Cheesy Turkey Enchiladas last week and thought it was worth repeating today. We used ground turkey but you most certainly can swap it for ground beef.
We make these Beef Stroganoff Meatballs a lot at our house (in fact, we just had them on Wednesday). My kiddos love any type of meatball and Andrew and I are big stroganoff fans…so needless to say, it’s always a hit at suppertime.
Have you ever made my Orange Marmalade Chicken Sandwiches? You should!
My Pork & Beans over Rice is a quick little slow cooker meal. Nothing makes my day simpler than pulling out my slow cooker.
My Apple Cheddar Turkey Burgers are full of flavor…and perfect for transitioning from summer food to fall.
And this week, I thought I’d share a bundt cake that you might want to try…
…my Peanut Butter & Banana Bundt Cake always makes me think of this back to school time of year.
And one more beginning of school treat for your week…
…my cute little Apple Hand Pies (they’re yummy too!).
Happy Monday friends! Grab your coffee, a pad and pen and get your meal planning done!
