I’m BACK! And so, so, so excited to be in the kitchen again. As much as we enjoyed the food in China, it’s always so nice to be back to home cooked meals. This week…some of my favorite late September suppers that will be on your table in minutes. Happy Monday friends!
Mmmmm…Monday and Margarita Chicken Soup. I love soup season. It’s my favorite 🙂 . This recipe is so simple because the slow cooker does all of the work.
Every year, I make a savory pumpkin dish for supper. Pumpkin pairs PERFECTLY with savory dishes. This Pumpkin & Sausage Ravioli Bake will get you in the mood for fall.
Wednesdays call for something simple and fun…so my Pizza Quesadillas totally fit the bill. All you need is a big green salad to round out your hump day dinner.
Apple Chicken Meatballs for the win! A little grated apple makes these easy meatballs taste just a little bit like fall.
Wrap up your week with my Beef & Ale Shepherd’s Pie. So many yummy flavors all in one bowl.
For something sweet this week…
…my Rustic Apple Cranberry Pie or…
…my Pumpkin Spice Coffee Cake (which makes an excellent breakfast too!).
Happy Monday! I hope you all have a wonderful day!

I made the meatballs tonight but substituted the chicken sausage for ground turkey – HUGE hit in our house and will be put into the rotation! I did it with roasted sweet potato rounds and green beans! So so yummy! Thank you!
