Happy Monday! I don’t know about you, but I am a little bit in shock that Halloween is a week from today. Where did fall go?!?! Sigh. Okay, five simple suppers, a Halloween treat or two and even a breakfast/appetizer/lunch recipe too. It’s Meal Planning Monday!
Brunswick Stew totally has to be on your menu this week! It just sounds kind of spooky and perfect for the week leading in to Halloween. Plus…it’s prepared in the slow cooker, so it’s crazy simple.
Have you made my Pumpkin and Sausage Ravioli yet? This little supper comes together in minutes and is such a fun change up for your supper.
My Chicken Enchilada Quinoa Soup is going to BLOW YOUR MIND! Okay, it’s thick like a chili, it’s prepared in the slow cooker, and it’s insanely delicious. Your family will LOVE this recipe!
If you just want a bowl of goodness for supper this week, try my Corn & Crab Chowder. I just love a chowder on a chilly fall night.
I’m a big fan of my Provolone Lasagna because it’s not ricotta based. Don’t get me wrong, I love that in a lasagna, but this one is just a fun departure from the typical lasagna supper (and it’s easy enough to make on a weeknight!).
Halloween Krispies Treats for your Halloween week!
You need to make my Monster Mix this week and enjoy it while watching your favorite Halloween movie. It would be Hocus Pocus for us!
Mmmmm…Bacon Ranch Pinwheels make the best appetizer, easy little lunch or even breakfast too. I eat these up every time I make them!
That’s Meal Planning Monday! Have the best day!

I’ve got the pulled chicken ranch/bbq sandwiches and the enchilada bake on my menu for some time over the next 2 weeks. I’ll be adding the Brunswick stew next time we shop! Looks delicious!
