Whoa! It’s a post with a ton of pictures from Easter. Enjoy 🙂 .
I took like 12 pictures of these three in that pose and this was the best one. #totalpicturefail
On Saturday, we went to our church’s Eggstravaganza and had the BEST time! There was so much to do there!
The girls checked out the petting zoo while Smith was going through an obstacle course.
We found Smith and took a group pic.
Then, we waited in line for one of the bounce houses. They were letting four kids at a time go in…which worked out perfectly for our crew.
Madeley didn’t know what to think of her first snow cone!
Later, it was time for the egg hunt. My kids were primed and ready to go!
Madeley was trying to put this flower in her hair. Ha!
The next day was Easter!! We woke up and headed out for church.
I told them to make silly faces. Aren’t they all so funny?! They were cracking me up!
More silly faces!!
Followed by a normal face :).
And on Instagram, several people wanted to know the kids’ outfit deets…so here you go:
One big family selfie before church!
And then after church, we did something new this year! My family hosted Easter for my mom’s side of the family. Everyone came over our direction and first we ate, then we came back to our house.
Madeley might need to give Samuel some personal space. (Please note, they’re the same size. He’s 9 months and she’s 2.5.)
Lovie and Papa Jay gained two extra grandkids between last year and this year!
Papa Jay loves his littlest girls!
After lunch, we attempted some pictures.
The Shull six!
It’s a tradition in our family that the grandparents always do the kids’ Easter baskets. So, here is Madeley with her very first Easter basket…
…she was like “whoa!”.
It was the perfect weather to enjoy Easter outside.
Bubbles make us happy!
Samuel and his duck. Ha! That sweet boy!
My mom has been giving Kensington these little mice in matchboxes for holidays recently and she ADORES them!
Kensington and Ashby are blowing bubbles and Smith is shooting off his new toy. See the green disk in the air?
Blowing bubbles with Grandmother.
A pic of our crew on the patio. We had such a fun time!
We let the little girls get a head start on the egg hunt. It didn’t take Madeley long to figure this game out :)!
And the big kids were off!
Showing me her eggs :).
After our egg hunt, we let the kids swim (Andrew had heated the pool so that it wasn’t freezing). They swam until bedtime!
And one last pic, we ended the night with the Slaughter five coming over to swim and eat dinner with my family. It’s always so much fun having them around for holidays too!
That was our Easter! I hope you had a nice day too!
